Emergency call and service control centers are the control centers of private security service providers, in which messages from intrusion alarm systems are transmitted and processed. In addition to the alarm-dependent processing, this also includes the documentation and further processing of the alarm message. In this way, incoming alarms can be tracked to avert danger. As part of such an intervention, the causes for the alarm being triggered are found out. False alarms and real alarms are thus effectively differentiated and if necessary, for example in the event of a criminal offense, the police are informed via their own emergency call centers.
